H&D are pretty close to a house closing, their first house together. Ing, the online bank, had approved them for a mortgage. Recently they found out that Ing had reneged on the deal, for stupid reasons. So, they are struggling to get something together in the next couple of weeks.
This is a struggle at a time when they don't need it. It looks like they may be able to find something, but this just plain sucks.
